Every year in November, I channel my basic white girl, and go to Starbucks for my Cranberry Bliss Bars. If you haven't had these yet, you should try them! They are amazing. The best afternoon treat. I thought to myself, I have to learn how to make these. They seriously taste EXACTLY like the Starbucks version!
These are great treats to make for the upcoming holidays. I love bringing these to gatherings.

In a stand mixer or a large bowl, start combining your melted butter, eggs, extracts, baking powder, salt, ginger, and brown sugar.

After all wet ingredients are mixed, add in your flour one cup at a time. After you batter is combined you will mix in the craisins and the white chocolate. To make it easier, you can just use chocolate chips.

After your batter is ready to go, you'll bake on 350 for 18 minutes or so. Yes I know, pretty precise. The pan size is a 13x9 and you bake in parchment paper or else it will stick to the pan and ruin it!
Go catch up on 1/2 an episode of your favorite show on netflix...you deserve it!

This is what it should look like when it is done. Not over baked, but just slightly golden. I used coconut brown sugar so mine is darker naturally.

Frosting time!!!
Making frosting is fun! It's basically a crap ton of sugar. You'll want to lick the bowl too while making it and it's like a little pick me up for ya. You can literally use this recipe, minus the orange extract for any other frosting combo. Make it caramel, chocolate, strawberry....whatever!

You always start off with cream cheese and powdered sugar. In this case you will be adding in vanilla and orange extract as well.

The trick to frosting is to make sure it is room temperature. This is for your safety lol. Well and for the sake of your kitchen. It's actually totally safe to get frosting everywhere, it's just a pain in the ass to clean up. I would know....many times.

Now all that is left to do is frost your bars and melt some white chocolate to drizzle on top of the bars. Of course top with cranberries!

These are so good guys. I promise I won't let you down with this one. It seems like a lot of work but it actually was very quick to make. Impress your guests this Thanksgiving or Christmas!
