I don't know about you, but I am a sucker for whipped cream. Do any of you watch Parks and Recreation? I have a whipped cream obsession, but Leslie Knope beats me anyday.
This whipped cream is super easy, quick, & delightful......*that's what she said* (sorry mom and dad if you're reading this...I had to!)

3 Ingredients........
Heavy Whipping Cream.....Sugar.....Vanilla.

First things, first. Cut up some strawberries or your favorite fruit so you have an excuse to eat this whipped cream after. That is all.
In all realness though there is not much method to the madness here today. Your mixer does all the work for you. By the way, if you don't own one of these mixers, get one now!! Or ask for Christmas, or in my case, graduation gift wee! All my years of cooking prior I used a hand mixer which will work just fine if you don't have one of these fancy dancy kitchen aid mixers.

This is real tough. You add in your 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, your 1-8 million tablespoons of vanilla extract (totally joking, its 1-2), and your 1/2 cup of sugar.

After everything is in your bowl or your mixer, you will want to beat on a pretty high speed so it can whip that heavy whipping cream. Feel free to taste test along the way, you know I did!

Eventually you will have fluffy, delicious, and from scratch whipped cream! I save it in air tight containers for fruit during the week and to top off on my coffee.

Feel free to lick the bowl and the mixer from top to bottom. Don't worry about chores, adulting, errands, or anything in between. You earned it.
Enjoy!!
